Returns Policy

Exchange Policy

Upon receipt of damaged goods enclosed with proof of purchase to The Living Skills Library P.O. Box 8248 Armadale. Victoria. 3143 Australia. replaced items will be forward by return mail.

Limited Warranty

The Living Skills warrants to you that the DVD's from the 'Leading Psyschotherapy Groups' will be replaced within a thirty (30 ) day period after purchase if the copy is flawed. To make a warranty claim, you must return the DVD to the point of purchase together with a copy of the sales receipt within such 30 days. If the DVD is flawed, the entire and exclusive liability and remedy shall be limited to the replacement of the DVD.

The Living Skills Library does not and cannot warrant the performance or results that you may obtain by using the DVD's or the manual & journal. The forgoing states the sole and exclusive remedies for The Living Skills Library’s breach of warranty, except for the forgoing limited warranty, The Living Skills Library make no warranties, express or implied, as to non infringement of third party rights or fitness for any particular purpose.
